Hi, I’m Jeanette. I have been working with individuals, couples, and families in a variety of capacities for more than 15 years.

Navigating the journey of life isn’t always easy, and we often put high expectations on ourselves to know the answers or the pathways, when we don’t we can be left feeling inadequate, overwhelmed, confused, and stuck.

In my work, I use treatment modalities like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and additionally love using energy psychology methods to attune to the individuals, couples, and families I work with, to help them understand the different lenses they use when navigating events and relationships.

With this understanding and an individualized tool kit of mind-body techniques, there is a reduction in trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress, allowing for improvements in physical and emotional well-being and a new ability to communicate and experience life’s challenges and relationships in healthier ways.

In addition, to my work with adults, couples, and families, as a divorced mom of an adolescent, I have a special interest in supporting parents in navigating separation/divorce and fostering the post-relationship of co-parenting and/or the journey of becoming a single parent.

I believe that for counselling to be successful a trusting, genuine therapeutic relationship built on compassion, empowerment and transparency is essential. I recognize the uniqueness of each client and customize my approach based on their specific needs and personality.

I look forward to hearing from you and beginning the journey together toward making positive change for you and your family.
